Due to the pandemic and returning to normal over the past three years, many parents have to deal with different life stressors while helping their children heal from the loss and adapt to learning. Many children have to manage some behavioral changes carried forward from the pandemic while rebuilding the distant peer relationships resulting from the pandemic and embracing the new hybrid learning. The changes bring stress and conflicts to the parents and children. Parents need to help themselves and their children accept the changes and build harmonious family relationships in the face of pressure. How to detect and respond to your emotional issues and those in your children? Those are the questions many parents would like to learn.
The workshop helps parents learn skills and strategies on how adapt to the new generation Challenges, manage emotions and improve parent-child relationship in a positive manner. The workshops suit families with school-aged children and parents interested in the topic.
